Scott oversees asset management, corporate operations, and finance and accounting. Joining the team in 2022, Scott brings a wealth of institutional experience to the team. He was formerly the Head of Asset Management at Unico Properties. At Unico, he was responsible for asset management, asset execution, dispositions and overall performance of a +$5 billion 17 million square foot portfolio. During his tenure at Unico, he led repositionings on over 5.0 million square feet of commercial product and led execution of many high-profile value-add investments including the international award-winning repositioning of the iconic SmithTower. Over the course of Scott’s career, he has led over $2.0 billion of transactions. In 2019, Scott was honored by winning the prestigious “Deal Maker of the Year” award by Puget Sound Business Journal.
Outside of work, he is spending time with his two wonderful daughters, wife and golden retriever, Bear. Scott graduated from Gonzaga University, committing to a life of annual disappointment each time March Madness rolls around.
